Lace is white on sleeves, with black bows. The neckline has elastic to be worn on or off the shoulders. Fabric: Lightweight 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend. See size chart below.
For the proper fit - You would take your actual Bust measurement and add 4-6" for a proper baggy style fit.
