Light cotton polyester blend twill skirt with tiered layers of organdy and solid color soft tulle & random shimmering rhombus patterned tulle piece sets (**totally more than 300 tulle piece sets, all handmade, sewn on the skirt one by one, UN-OVERLOCKING edges); shirring waist with built-in belt, easy fitting & adjusting; irremovable waist belts on sides.

*Wearing Tips:
3-way wearing: could be worn as a tiered skirt, or a petticoat underneath dress/skirt, or a bustle by folding it & tying the waist belt on waist. You may even tie two pieces of this skirt to create a different look. This skirt is a little bit weighty to provide the drape effect, it's better to wear a birdcage petticoat underneath, in order to prop the tulle sets.
