Backplate for Warrior or Drake

The Warrior Backplate is a low-fantasy piece of armour that matches the Warrior Breastplate, protecting the back and spine. Sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel, this steel riveted piece has been polished to a high-gloss finish to appeal to the elven and human knights in shining armour. At the lower rim, the plate has a small flange to deflect blows away from the lower part of the body.

The Warrior Backplate is neutral in style and fully usable with all breastplates, giving you the freedom to customize your characters costume. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Please be aware that these items are handmade. Slight deviations in pattern, color, and shape may occur.

Care Instructions- Keep away from water. Clean with a metal polish and re-oil occasionally to properly maintain the armour. Use Leather care products for the fittings.

Chest: 19 Inches (When paired with a compatible breastplate it is adjustable for 29 inch to 36 inch chests), Length from Shoulder to Hip: 18 Inches.

Medium - Chest: 21 Inches (When paired with a compatible breastplate it is adjustable for 40 inch to 46 inch chests), Length from Shoulder to Hip: 18 Inches.

Large - Chest: 24 Inches (When paired with a compatible breastplate it is adjustable for 46 inch to 53 inch chests), Length from Shoulder to Hip: 18 Inches.
