They paid for their food and lodging in courtesy and submission to their royal mistresses. This floor-length gown in viscose is ideal for a chambermaid. It is lightweight, somewhat form-fitting because of the shapely princess seams and nape to waist lacing (with modesty panel) at the back, and flares gently outward from the hips. The modest scoop neckline is edged with a row of soft, white pleats. This simple, elegant dress is not only for chambermaids a lady's maid could wear it as well.
