The Chemise top can be worn on ~ or ~ off the shoulders. The skirts have elastic waist. The Waist Cincher does have steel boning for support and machine pressed grommets with brown laces. When measuring for a cincher, please take your actual measurement and deduct 1-2" for a snug fit.
